The Leif Gundam is a new hero with a distinctive cape and shoulder silhouette and a Phantom Prototype GP04 motif. His silhouette changes completely when you swap out the cape parts. In addition to the dedicated dagger, a shield for the Night Strike Gundam is also included (part of the cape can be attached to the SDW Heroes Night Strike Gundam, sold separately).
