Waka is a mysterious and enigmatic character in Okami who often seems to help
Amaterasu on her quest. He often possesses a calm and collected demeanor
speaking in riddles and cryptic messages.
The statue is inspired by Waka's first appearance in the game and faithful
portrays him playing his flute while standing on water, with detailed features
including his pink kimono, purple Sashinuki hakama and signature hawk head
headgear. The base reflects the setting of the Agata Forest where Waka first encounters
Amaterasu.
