Wolverine faces the gigantic Juggernaut once again in a statue by Iron Studios!
On an old wooden staircase in an ancestral mansion in Westchester County, New York, an ancient tapestry crumbles into a hubris of flakes, barbs, and stumps under the brutal and destructive force of the feet and fists of an unstoppable giant, wearing leather armor and a bronze helmet. Against the onslaught of the colossus, a bold and utterly fearless figure of a mutant hero counterattacks, despite his small size compared to his opponent, and hard muscles over an indestructible skeleton, he unleashes his sharp claws in his fists, leaping upon his foe, wearing his classic yellow, blue, and black costume. This epic battle between two icons of Marvel's mutant universe is presented once again by Iron Studios on the statue "Wolverine vs Juggernault - Marvel Comics Iron Studios Exclusive 10 Years - Art Scale 1/10", another exclusive release celebrating 10 years of Iron Studios, portraying some of the most acclaimed and award-winning Legacy Replica 1/4, Battle Diorama 1/6 and Prime Scale 1/3 statues in Art Scale 1/10 format.
Wolverine was created by Len Wein, John Romita, and Herb Trimpe in 1974, and his first appearance in the comics was as the supporting rival to the Incredible Hulk. Born a mutant, his powers include heightened senses, retractable claws, and great regenerative abilities (called the Healing Factor). His healing factor is slowed down
his aging process, and because of that his age is unknown. However, since he is over 100 years old, his baptismal name is James Howlett, but he adopted the name of his supposedly biological father, Logan. He acted in the American Civil War, in World War II, was a secret agent for the CIA and the Canadian security
Intelligence Service and was a test subject of the Canadian government in an experiment, the Weapon X program, in which his skeleton and claws were coated with Adamantium, a fictional indestructible metal. With no memory of much of his past, he adopted the codename Wolverine and became one of the
main members of the X-Men. Juggernaut is Cain Marko, half-brother of Professor Charles Xavier, his powers come from a mysterious gem called the Amulet of Cyttorak, which gave him powers such as superhuman strength, invulnerability, and the ability to be unstoppable when moving in a linear direction. Created by Stan
Lee and Jack Kirby in 1965, Cain uses a special helmet to protect himself from psychic attacks, one of his few weaknesses.
