After absorbing the spark from the original Megatron, this Megatron, already in possession of a Transmetal body, was thrown into a pit of lava, giving him a larger, stronger dragon form.

Prime 1 Studio's group of talented sculptors and painters, whose strengths lie in realistic depictions of machinery and rendering of a variety of materials, absolutely shine when working on a character like a Transformer. Megatron's dragon form is the perfect example of this. More formidable and powerful than his previous form, Megatron's new body can breathe fire AND ice! Here we see him emerging from a glowing pit of lava, fully prepared to do maximum damage.

Prime 1 Studios' artists have truly outdone themselves with every panel, gear, and joint they've sculpted for Megatron. The figure is intensely rewarding to watch because of its minimal accuracy and intricate detail.
